Great Hotel but Terrible Internet

53 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I stayed 3-nights on business. Their new computer-driven elevator system was fantastic. Hardly any waits, and the logic prevents each elevator ride from being a "local." The room was clean and comfortable. There is a charge for wireless internet. I signed up for the 3-day plan (approx. $30). What a disappointment! It should not take 2-minutes for Google to come up! I phoned tech support, left a voice mail, and their message promised a call-back. They never called back. I kept trying to use the internet. Refreshing my connection every 5-minutes seemed to help some, but speed was never good. It was far worse than old dial-up. This hotel contracts out their internet service to another company. It was too bad the poor internet service tarnished an otherwise perfect stay.
