This hotel has great service, competent staff, and the location was very good.

I think one of the best in NYC. Everything and everyone associated with this operation is top shelf.

I liked the great location and the good price.

The beds were extremely comfortable. But the bathroom was a little dirty, and the restaurant was overpriced.

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Guests should wear comfortable shoes for walking and get show tickets early on the Internet. They should also have an agenda before arriving as there is a lot to see.

The hotel was pricey, but the room was nice and the service was fine.

It has a very complicated elevator system. But the room was really large and nice on the 42nd floor. The hotel was near the theater district.

I liked the great location and view. It's a beautiful hotel. However, the elevators were not working for months and there were feather pillows and comforters on the bed to which I'm allergic.

It was difficult to get a cab from the location and the lobby was noisy. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.

I don't recommend others to stay at this hotel. The facilities are under renovation (elevators being fixed) and you waste your time getting up and down to your room. Also, the location sounds glamorous (around the corner from Times Square), but it is loud and crowded.

The staff was better this time compared to my last visit. A couple of the escalators were not working. It was a pain when I was in a hurry.

They have the worst elevators I have ever seen in a hotel. 20-30 min. wait is not uncommon. Check-in is on the 8th floor.
