This hotel is in a wonderful location. Guests should wear comfortable shoes for walking and get show tickets early on the Internet. They should also have an agenda before arriving as there is a lot to see.

It has a very complicated elevator system. But the room was really large and nice on the 42nd floor. The hotel was near the theater district.

I liked the great location and view. It's a beautiful hotel. However, the elevators were not working for months and there were feather pillows and comforters on the bed to which I'm allergic.

The hotel was nice and the location was wonderful. The staff seemed a bit frazzled but we were part of a huge convention and I think they were overwhelmed. My only complaint was the elevator system; it was slow and frustrating to use.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed and the room chairs were very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy.

I don't recommend others to stay at this hotel. The facilities are under renovation (elevators being fixed) and you waste your time getting up and down to your room. Also, the location sounds glamorous (around the corner from Times Square), but it is loud and crowded.

They have the worst elevators I have ever seen in a hotel. 20-30 min. wait is not uncommon. Check-in is on the 8th floor.

The hotel staff was very friendly, they greeted us every time we encountered them. The room was well cared for. High-speed Internet was offered. This is a wonderful place to stay in NYC.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The rooms are wonderfully appointed. The service everywhere is excellent. We spoke to general manager and expressed our pleasure as we felt the staff had been re-trained.

The hotel is in a good location in Times Square. The elevators in the lobby take a bit of getting used to. I would like Internet or Wi-Fi service to be included in the price of the room.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The front staff knows who I am. They know what floor I prefer and has the room ready for me when I get there.
