It is in a great location and has wonderful amenities and comfortable lounges. The bar overlooks Times Square. The conference facilities were okay but could have been better. There was no direct restroom facility. The elevators were fun!
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The seating areas are very nice and private.

It was in a great location, it's very close to Central Park. Go for a walk in Central Park or a horse and carriage ride. They also have many great restaurants in the area.

The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the Broadway district. The friendliest staff member I encountered was our cleaning attendant for our room. Everyone else seemed annoyed with my very speaking to them.

The location was good. The hotel was decent, but prices in New York are all ridiculous. I did not have any shampoo upon check in and I had to call to the front desk and have it brought up to the room

It was late at night when I arrived for my check in and I was very tired. It was my first time checking into a hotel by myself as I usually travel with my husband, so I was a little nervous. I was told by the front desk lady that I needed to pay for my room upfront and I was not ready to do that. In fact, I didn't have all the money to pay all at once and had planned for me to pay at the end as I have done with other hotel stays. The front desk lady was very rude to me and caught an attitude with me because I said I could not do this. I was at the hotel to present at a conference that was taking place in the hotel.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was super enjoyable. The view was great with the skyscrapers. The room service was prompt.

The location is great! The beds were wonderful. The lighting could have been better. I called to get an earring out of the sink but no one ever came.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: They made us feel pampered. The decor and elevators were very plush.

The elevator system is rather inconvenient and it is incapable of handling large crowds from convention events. There were several occasions where we were forced to walk up the stairs to get back to our room because the elevators were not working.
