It is fine and useful but too expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott hotel. I liked the location because it was right on Time Square and close to the shows. The bar on the top floor was fun, but it had slow service. It did take a long time for my luggage to get to my room, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Also, this hotel has two Starbucks cafes so if you are a coffee drinker, you are set.

This hotel made me feel secure: When we came home late at night, they asked to see the room keys before we were allowed to get on the elevator. That made me feel like my room and my things were very secure. Also, when we were standing in line to get a taxi, the workers made sure that street vendors and other people did not bother us.

The hotel is always elegant and it has excellent service. It has a great midtown location. The staff solves problems quickly and equitably.

We loved everything about staying at the Marriott Marquis New York.

The view of Time Square was exciting and the location was perfect for walking to and from the Broadway shows that we attended each night, no looking for a cab late night, we went to a late dinner in the theater district or just walked around Time Square a bit and then went right up stairs to our room!

We were also an easy walk to everything in midtown. The room was bigger than most in NYC and the beds were comfortable. They held our luggage on our last day until time for our flight giving us extra time in the city. We will stay at the Marriott Marquis again without hesitation.

When my wife and I travel to New York, the Marriott Marquis is the only hotel we wish to stay in. We are very familiar with the surroundings, the staff is always excellent, and you can't beat its location. We travel to New York City once a year, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The Marriott Marquis is in the heart of Time's Square, and thus in the heart of everything that you think of when you think New York. You see famous people all the time when you stay there and the feel of the hotel is very cosmopolitan.

It's a fine hotel for business or pleasure. The employees can't do enough for you.

The room had a very nice view and the bathroom was clean. It was a bit pricy, but this is New York.

As a running theme of my reviews I note that, if given my druthers, I will not stay in this type of hotel in a city filled with great hotels.

However, as conference hotels go, this is a good one. Even when the elevators were acting up, the hotel went to great lengths to work with the guests. The rooms are terrific. The fitness room is great. The bar has a great view of Times Square. and there is a Starbucks onsite.

There's not much in the way of local flavor, but it's a solid choice nonetheless.

When we visit New York city we always stay at the Marriott Marquis hotel because it is centrally located and we can depend on the quality.

It was a great experience. We only had one glitch, my and my companions' room cards did not work so we were locked out, but I called from the hall phone and they gave us new ones. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were perfect, the room was very tidy and efficient. The staff were terrific, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, too. The concierge was quite helpful. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The bathroom and the room could have been cleaner.

They were extremely helpful and apologetic for a billing error and they fixed it immediately. This hotel is in an incredible location!

This hotel made me feel respected: I was, at the time, a breastfeeding mom traveling without my baby. They provided, at no charge, a mini refrigerator for my room for breast milk storage. It was above and beyond what I expected.

Everything is great, except for the fact that I usually go there on holiday weekends and the central bar is closed. Also there are no restaurants currently on the floor I stay. The one that was there closed and it has not been replaced. I usually wind up going somewhere else in the area for dinner.

It is an excellent hotel, with a great location.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location with big rooms and good service. The elevators could be more efficient.

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and I loved the location. It was handy to everything.

I enjoyed the size and the location. It was a family vacation in New York at Christmas and I was able to fit two teenagers in with my spouse with no problem. Getting an elevator was a little challenging. The staff was very professional and friendly and they helped to move things along, especially given the number of guests staying at the hotel.

It is a great hotel. The location was great, with so much to do around there within walking distance. The people were great and friendly and they would help you get anywhere you wanted to go.

I liked how centrally located this hotel was, but it also had a very friendly environment built in to the small space. The rooms were of a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. The flat screen television was a fun touch as well.

It is located in a centralized area in Manhattan. The elevators were weird at first but we loved the concept by the end of our trip. The rooms were larger than expected for New York City.

This hotel made me feel excited: From the moment we walked in from Broadway, we were energized by the hustle and bustle of the Marriott employees. They were busy but always smiling and friendly. We could not wait to see more.
