This hotel was nice, but not as nice as I expected for the price. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was overpriced at $17/person and was without much variety. The service was good, but most amenity services, i.e., movies, room service, etc., were grossly overpriced.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. There was some renovation going on the floors above me and they started early, using hammers and power tools. But it was not too bad, really.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very respectful of my time and cleaning of the room. The staff knew to come clean as soon as I left, instead of waiting until later in the day.

The parking fees were astronomical for guests considering what they have already paid for their hotel room. Guests staying more than one night should get at least a discount on parking.

We traveled in a large group, and none of the rooms were even on the same floor. None of the rooms were even ready for us until almost 9 PM, and we had checked in at around 7 PM. The hotel was very nice otherwise, although we usually had to call for towels as they forgot to leave fresh ones twice.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. There was one problem: lighting in the room had been disconnected on table and desk and I had to have the hotel staff re-establish it.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated us valuable customers. They responded quickly, politely and helpfully to questions and inquiries.

Getting the staff to accept cash upfront as payment instead of a credit card was much more difficult than it should have been. Bell services interrogated us about the contents of our sealed luggage, at first refusing to accept it for holding because it 'may contain a costume, and they wouldn't take costumes.' I was at first put into an occupied room, but the issue was resolved quickly. It's a perfect place to stay for DragonCon.
This hotel made me feel content: The convention I was attending was hosted in this (and the Hyatt) hotel. It was much more convenient to simply 'go upstairs' to drop off items or take a break in my room than to walk several blocks back to another hotel. It was less stressful.

There is no communication between the hotel's billing people and the company that runs the parking garage. We were double billed, and billed for charges that had already been paid. The charges had already been applied to our debit card before they were.
