We stayed here for our anniversary! It was wonderful! The excitement of staying in a high-rise hotel in downtown Atlanta was breathtaking. Our view was magnificent!

Everything was fine.

I did not like that the internet connection cost extra.

It was my second stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable and the staff is friendly and gracious. They relay the friendliness of their city to the guests.

This hotel made me feel excited: The beauty of the hotel and the electricity of the convention beginning that day as groups gathered in the lobby and friends checked in made me feel excited.

They failed to deliver a message from the airport about a missing bag. They were positive and helpful with any question I had about restaurants and stores in the city.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The courtesy, the respect and the willingness of staff to be helpful made me feel welcome.

They had good service and they were near the area that I was looking to stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The friendly staff made me feel comfortable.

I completely enjoyed my stay and the purpose of my stay was to get some much needed rest in a nice clean hotel and this hotel more than met that need.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but the mattress was extremely soft and mushy. I usually just like somewhere to lay my head!

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The lobby was extremely elegant and I felt as though a lot of care went into selecting the decor which was very similar to my style.

This was a great hotel to stay in for a conference. There was a lot of meeting space and the staff was very friendly. The food available for conferences was great as well and the upper floor had great views of Atlanta.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check-in staff explained everything thoroughly. We were immediately greeted with things included in the package once we were settled in our room.

I was disappointed with the gym they had. In their description of the hotel they made it sound really good, but it wasn't. Everything else was great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My boyfriend was in a bodybuilding competition and we needed a fridge and microwave. They went out of there way to make sure we had them.

The bell staff at check in was excellent and extremely helpful. Check out was very slow, it took more than thirty minutes for the bell staff to come and take our bags down. The process to pick up a car from valet parking was confusing and not well handled at all. The clerk insisted that we pay before we could get the car even though we had instructed the hotel to bill our room. We ended up paying double for the parking.

This hotel made me feel important: This was a very nice hotel. It was well-kept, it had a fancy design and a helpful and respectful staff.

It was really nice and beautiful. The staff was friendly and efficient, and very helpful. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean. It had lots of restaurants inside the hotel and a coffee bar served around the clock. It was a great hotel.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The superior quality of the linens and towels, the upscale toiletries and the granite counters in the bathroom were particularly impressive. The lobby and the entrance area was gorgeous and the views were wonderful. I felt very rich and elegant in that room.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. There's no nearby shopping -- the 'mall' is mostly fast food outlets.

I liked everything about this hotel.
