The hotel is convenient to the metro stop and downtown. It is a good quality hotel.

The air conditioning unit was set too low. The hotel was stuffy and hot at times.

They did not add the requested cot.

I love the architecture of the hotel. It is truly amazing but maybe not for those afraid of heights. They were doing renovations when I was there so eating there was not as convenient as I had hoped but that should change soon. The staff showed true Southern hospitality. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I did not have to worry if something needed done. The staff took care of it.

I had a very good experience in most regards. I did experience a delayed check in. Due to heavy traffic, the room was not available when I arrived. In addition, the concierge was not able to direct me to a local pharmacy and he wanted me to use the hotel gift shop instead. Overall, it was a very good experience.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were well accommodated. The mattress on the bed was particularly comfortable. I was staying at the Marriott hotel for a conference and the overall ability of the staff to direct me to the locations I needed to find made the stay comfortable.

The rooms are large and comfortable and the bed was the best I had ever slept on in a hotel. Check in and check out were extremely efficient, especially given the volume, as we were there for a convention. I would, however, recommend avoiding the American Grille restaurant, which seemed overpriced and of poor quality.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Atlanta. It is a great place for conventions and just an all around beautiful hotel.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The decorations were all extravagant giving that illusion that you felt extravagant, too.

It was a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful employees. Checking in and checking out were remarkably easy. The valet parking was efficient even though they were swamped with convention goers. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and soft and the room was well appointed. The elevators were fast. The water pressure was excellent even on the twenty seventh floor. It is just a great place to stay. In fact, the only thing I would have changed would have been to be on a lower floor, but that is a personal preference. The hotel has managed to make it just as convenient to be several floors up as on the first few levels.

I love this hotel. From the dizzying heights swathed in ribbons that hang for multiple stories, to the comfortable and lovely rooms with amazing views, this is one of my favorite hotels. Conveniently located near the Peachtree Center and it's attached Marta Transit stop, this hotel is easy to get to from the airport, has wonderful service, and is well located in downtown Atlanta.

It is a beautiful hotel, but too expensive, with great food, good parking and good service. It was hard to get to for an someone that is from out of town.

We stayed in a nice looking and comfortable room.
