I loved the fact that it is the world's largest atrium. It was beautiful! The best part of the hotel was definitely the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The pool was not yet finished. We did not find out that we had to go to another hotel two or three blocks away to use their pool until after our arrival.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel beds were exceptionally comfortable. The color scheme and the decor in the rooms and the bathrooms made it very easy to relax.

The hotel was under construction, the pool was closed, the concierge gave inaccurate information regarding an event and the restaurant. But the bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows, the toiletries were nice, the room was kept clean daily, the restaurant was nice and it handled a large party without notice and without problem, even with separate tickets.

Room rate was $128 and valet parking extra. The hotel is under renovation now but it could be a little noisy for some. Bedding was wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud ... loved the Revive bedding, expecially after a 8 hour drive. Small bathroom. 2 double beds, desk & chair, soft chair...no sofabed. Room service food was very good, but I heard their restaurant isn't very good. Breakfast was outstanding - American breakfast eggs, bacon, etc. Price was very good for this quality of hotel, but it might be due to the construction right now. The front desk made a mess of my checkout, charging my Amex cards twice for the same thing and I had to straighten that out when i got home.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was the most incredible one I've ever been on. Upon entering the atrium, I was in complete awe over how wonderful it was. My room was several stories up and had a great view of Atlanta.
The hotel is situated in a great place as well, walking distance to many places to shop and eat. And the MARTA is nearby as well.
Special Note: My co-worker was allergic to down and the beds were made of down blankets and pillows. For me, it was like sleeping on a cloud. For her, it was misery. It's such a nice place, I'm sure they could make other arrangements for those with allergy needs.

The location was convenient. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and friendly. The building was beautiful, but it was undergoing construction which left some places dirty.
