Marriott was very nice to me. Most of the front desk employees were very helpful, with the exception of one person who gave me misleading information regarding parking and a few other issues. Everything else was very nice.

I find that most Marriott's are quiet, comfortable, have room service that is at the very least decent, but usually is superior to that of other brands.
This hotel made me feel important: They immediately recognize me by my rewards number and treat me as if I were important.
