It was great. I loved the heavy discount for military. The fee newspaper was great. It was very central for all our needs to include the rental car agency which was just around the corner.

The staff was pleasant and guaranteed our room type which was important to me. They fixed our malfunctioning toilet quickly. The bed sagged in the middle but the bedding was really nice.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room and the lobby were both very comfortable for lounging.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel is among the best. The only dislike I have regarding the hotel is its location. It is next to the airport rather than downtown.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff is always courteous. They try to be accommodating whenever possible.

The hotel was comfortable.

The rooms and the beds are comfortable, the heating and air conditioning units work well. However, they needed more modern TV's and the handicapped accessible room had a faulty shower and broken toilet seat. The shower head was set too high for me and it had no working hand held and the shower leaked onto the floor making it slippery and hazardous. I did not eat there this time, but in the past it had been ok. The location is excellent for the Long Beach airport. It has an elegant ambiance. The service staff is all great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They had an easy check in, comfortable beds and clean and roomy rooms. It was relatively quiet as well.
