I was at the hotel for a conference being held there for the convenience of the attendees. We stayed in the hotel, ate there, and slept there. It was, as you would expect, quite convenient for air travelers to be able to take the tram to the hotel.

They had a band playing until 2:00 AM, and we had a flight out at 6:00. I didn't get much sleep. I called the front desk, but the band played on.

It was a surprisingly disappointing stay! There seemed to be an overall lack of hospitality and professionalism, a lack of anyone caring, even a notable low staffing level. The worst, however, was the lower-level restaurant, which had a very limited menu.

They could not have been nicer! Our flight was cancelled and they really helped us out!
This hotel made me feel secure: The area was patrolled and the locks seemed secure.
