The hotel was very convenient to the airport and it had excellent comfort and service. Use it if you are going in and out of Houston.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Whenever I called for assistance, they provided it, even if it was at three o'clock in the morning.

There was a kitchen fire during our stay. This impacted our ability to use the restaurant. This was disappointing.

I love the toiletries and how close it is to the airport.

The hotel was clean and convenient. The service was adequate although not effusive. I would stay here again.

I have never had any sort of a problem with a Marriott facility which is why I stay there whenever possible. Their locations are wonderful, the staff is more than just courteous, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and inviting.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The very first thing they did was to offer me a price I couldn't refuse. Then they found a non-smoking room for me without my having to ask. They simply assumed I didn't smoke a first in any hotel, except Marriott. Marriott employees in general bend over backwards to make anyone's stay as pleasant as possible.

The location was excellent for airport access. I was very disappointed that they charged for Internet access in the rooms and in the lobby, though.

It was fine. It was very luxurious but it was not as expensive as I would have thought since it was at an airport. The hotel had a good, friendly bartender, and a helpful staff.

The air conditioner in my room was not working upon arrival. I was told that someone would look at it in the morning. I requested another room, and they said they were all full, except for the suites on the 10th floor. They were unwilling to upgrade my room, even though the air conditioner was broken, in Texas, in August.

This hotel is conveniently located near the place where I had my job interview. They even offered me a shuttle service, which I truly appreciated.

I am never disappointed with Marriott.

The overall quality of the hotel did not meet past experiences with Marriot hotels. The hotel looked rundown and cheaply remodeled. This seemed to carry over to the employees. Although they were friendly and fast, I generally did not get very good quality service.

The hotel was doing some remodeling and it was an inconvenience. There were carpet tacks right outside my door, etc.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was right at the airport. The no-frills room and the outdated building made this just a functional stay.
