I was especially pleased with the high quality broadband internet connection. I was equally pleased with the building wide no smoking policy, with the kind of allergic reactions that I get to cigarette smoke. I was able to enjoy several solid workouts in the gym. I did not have a chance to use the swimming pool, but it was certainly beautiful to see.

This hotel made me feel content: The custodial service was outstanding. It was a business trip, but that did not stop me from enjoying it.

The location is close to shopping and transportation. The service was excellent, as always. Our problem was with noisy, rowdy guests. It was resolved to our satisfaction quickly. It’s a good place for meetings and banquets. Their food service always is exceptional.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff profusely apologized for the error in spelling our name that caused problems at check-in. The wait staff went out of their way to provide an excellent dinner environment. They gave us additional Rewards points to compensate us for the disruption caused by rowdy, noisy guests in the room next to ours.

The hotel was easy to get to, it had lovely rooms and a pleasant staff. We were treated with decorum and respect. We could not have asked for more.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The setting is quite lovely and the ocean breezes make one feel as if one were off and away from the norm.

The guests in the next room were obnoxious, noisy and drunk all hours of the night and into the early morning. The staff did not follow up on our call and we have called repeatedly until they did. The food at the banquet was exceptional as it always was at this property.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was a mix-up in the reservation and they went out of their way to correct this. The response from the staff after our complaint the next day was prompt.

The concierge lounge was superb! They served good food and they had a great staff in the concierge lounge.
