46 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

For the past five years my family and I have stayed at the Marriott Salt Lake City Hotel. Due to the construction that is going on adjacent to the hotel we decided to stay at the Marriott Salt Lake City Center Hotel this year. The hotel is well maintained. The staff made us feel welcome and we really enjoyed our room on the concierge floor and the variety of exercise equipment available in the workout room. The kids loved the swimming pool. The associates in the concierge lounge were very friendly. We plan to stay there again next year.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Hotel Salt Lake City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating when our reservation was incorrect. They refused to acknowledge our confirmation number we received from them two days before the trip. The value for the money was very disappointing. The staff really didn't seem to care about us and did not have good problem solving skills.

I am not likely to return to the Marriott Hotel Salt Lake City Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The stay was satisfactory. The desk people were great with suggestions on restaurants and directions to them. The location was great but parking was really expensive considering what was already paid for the room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture was good as well as the bed linens. The room had a homey feeling. Everything was clean. The room was equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott Hotel Salt Lake City Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in. If you are attending a convention at the Salt Palace it is the most convenient. It is also extremely comfortable.

This was the perfect location for us. It was within walking distance of Temple Square and numerous other attractions. The room was luxurious and the staff friendly and personable. We completely enjoyed the pool and other amenities. The availability of internet access and other business tools was a definite plus. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent brunch.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The complimentary soaps and such were in my favorite scent. The pool provided large soft towels. The hot tub and pool area was relaxing with soft, comfortable lounges.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
