The hotel is understaffed for check in and the staff ignored customers at the counter. They should have included internet access for that outrageous room rate.

Our check out was a surprise. My wife left an expensive leather jacket in the room when we checked out. A few minutes later, after we discovered it was left behind we returned to the hotel. I went back up to the room and the jacket was gone.
