Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport Hotel

It was fine. We arrived late at night and we left early in the morning.

It was a very good stay, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The location was convenient and located next to a mall which was visited often. The hotel was homey and clean. I enjoyed my visit.

One day before my scheduled arrival I confirmed with the local reservations desk that my reservation noted that I would be a very late arrival, the next morning, and that a supplier would deliver oxygen equipment for my room prior to my arrival. When the supplier arrived he was told my reservation was cancelled as a no-show.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff responded quickly to reports of facility problems.

I was satisfied as usual.

This hotel made me feel content: I stay at Marriott because I like them. I expect exactly what I get. I never get less then expected.
