Marriott Downtown Hotel - Page 1

I attendend a conference here and was dissapointed from the beginning. I kept getting the run around at the front desk about my room being ready (took over three hours and a threat to talk to the manager). Housekeeping staff on my floor spoke little English and it was very hard to communicate with them. Restaurant's food was definitely not worth the price. New hotels don't always mean the best service. A plus side was the beds were great and the hotel is in the middle of downtown within walking distance to just about everything.

The room was great, the bed was so comfortable!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The restaurant staff overcharged our party for beverages. I liked the decor and the comfort of this hotel.

It’s a great location. It has very nice people and is local to where I wanted to shop.
