The room was well priced for the quality offered. But the first room I was checked into did not have a phone.

The hotel is in a nice part of town. It's across from good shopping.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. We generally always stay at Marriotts. We enjoy everything.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was just a nice place to stay for the weekend.

I had difficulty reaching the hotel from the airport. The guest rooms and computer room were small, expensive and poor quality.

The hotel had friendly staff, except when we had lunch in the bar/lounge, they were kind of rude/slow. The staff was well informed about the area attractions.

The employees were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms were clean and the area was lovely.

I liked the professional staff and the quality of the room. The features in the room were upgraded (for example the bed) and the concierge level was very nice.

I did not care for the numerous bed bug bites I received. I did not think the response of receiving StarPoints or a free breakfast was an adequate compensation offer. Customer service used the online booking as an excuse for not being able to do more.

When I entered my room, it was dark and hot, and the blinds were all closed. There were no clean linens in the bathroom (apparently it had been overlooked) and the bathroom needed to be re-cleaned because it was very dirty. I was not very happy with the length of time it took for them to respond with a cleaning person to clean the bathroom and bring me some clean linens.

It was a very enjoyable stay at Denver Marriott West hotel.

I thought the pricing was outrageous. The service was terrible, but the coffee was good. The complimentary USA Today was nice along with the Denver paper.

Good experience. Nice gym and pool area.

We've stayed at this hotel before for our district conventions and have enjoyed our stay there very much. Friendly, courteous staff, willing to make sure that you are comfortable with your room.
