The room had not been cleaned when I entered it for the first time. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I should not have been given the room or the key to the room if it was still dirty from the last customer.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff there was very friendly: from the front desk associate that checked me in to the bartenders in the lounge to the room service associate that delivered breakfast on my day of departure. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The front desk people at the Coral Springs Marriott were not friendly when I checked in. The baggage guy did not ask my colleague and me if we needed help with our bag.
