I love the bar and lobby area. The hotel is in a very nice location. I never need to go outside in bad weather.

The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the convention center. Lower floors significantly shorten elevator wait times. Meeting facilities in the hotel are good sized and worked for our meeting.

The only negative is that our credit card was overcharged (double-charged) in error. It was corrected, but just the fact that it happened makes me wonder how many other people are overcharged without knowing.
