I liked the location and the informative staff.

The location was excellent. Moving around hotel was not easy. The concierge was fabulous.

The location, comfort and service were great. I traveled for business, and we were given great information about the other things to do in the area. The only problem was that people in my group were not properly billed. Some people receive bills for zero dollar and others bills were much too high.

It was a bit pricey and marketed toward business travel where the company pays the bills. It was conveniently located.

I am a frequent guest at the Marriott chain hotels. I have never had a bad experience at any of their properties. I had my family stay at the Providence Marriott for the weekend last December and it was a pleasure.

The beds were comfy but not as nice as they were pictured. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The food at the restaurant for the breakfast buffet was really good.

The hotel rooms were not as shown in the pictures. They were much smaller and not as nice. They advertised bathrobes with room but they did not have them. But the beds and linens were extremely soft and comfortable and the view was nice.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was connected to a shopping center and the T station. The rooms were quite nice, better than standard Marriott hotels albeit a bit small and cramped. I asked for a high floor at check in and my request was granted. The room service menu had a nice variety of choices and the delivery was fast. The gym was also very well equipped and maintained.

This hotel made me feel hip: The rooms were very modern. The location is on the border of a very hip neighborhood. There is a Starbucks cafe in the hotel.

There were fantastic views from the rooms and the hotel is conveniently attached to a mall. It has a very large and roomy lobby with nice decorations.
