Marriott Copley Place Boston Hotel

The hotel has convenient location and parking.

The location was perfect. It was located across the street from a grocery store and mall shopping and it was convenient. The hotel is within walking distance to the conference center, Boston Commons, Swan boat rides and the Duck Tours. There are several restaurants nearby and in the hotel. The service was excellent. The bed was a bit too soft for me as were the pillows, not making for a good night's sleep. My advice is to bring your bathing suit and enjoy the hot tub and the pool.

I wished they provided more smoking areas as this was a non smoking facility and I did not want to break the rules. Charging for bottled water in the room was kind of insulting. They should provide this complementarily like the coffee.

This hotel made me feel secure: I was on the ninth floor and security was present everywhere in this publicly located inn.

With all things considered it was fine. The staff was helpful. There was a minor problem with the wired internet service. I expected wireless connection in this class of a hotel.
