25 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

My wife and I spent a week in Ohio, and made reservations for the romance package. It was perfect. This was our one-year anniversary, so it was very important that the experience was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The sheets were always very clean and crisp. The room had all of the technologies that I need to communicate with my home office.

This hotel made me feel hip: They had a very upbeat staff that was extremely helpful with directions and stuff like that.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Cleveland East.
I might recommend it to friends.

I received a letter stating that I smoked in my room. That is why I will never stay in a Marriot again.

I am not likely to return to the Marriott Cleveland East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

40 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I checked in at midnight and left at six a.m. The bed worked, the shower and toilet worked, and the buffet breakfast were fine.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott Cleveland East.
I might recommend it to friends.
