Marriott City Center Minneapolis Hotel - Page 4

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and modern. The only down side was the parking. When we got there, the ramp was full and the valet said that we would have to find somewhere else to park. Then when we were able to get into the ramp, we were misquoted on how long we could stay in the ramp per daily fee. We were told we could stay until the end of the day of our checkout and that was incorrect.

The Minneapolis Marriott City Center is a very nice hotel.

The staff at the Marriott City Center were very helpful. Service was good. Located in a central position.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure because there was a separate area for guests of the hotel than for visitors and non-guests.

For the price and area that this hotel was in, I expected a lot more in way of being classy or trendy.

The Marriott rewards used to be really great. You'd get a nicer room with a robe and a newspaper and more amenities. This time, just a plain old room. I had to have the coffee pot replaced because it didn't work right and spilled coffee everywhere.

This hotel made me feel content: I was content because of just the overall feel of the room and hotel.

We've had relatively good service from most of the Marriott hotels we've stayed in. This one needed a little extra in customer service, though.

It was a good room for the money, it was never dirty and everything always works.

The cost for use of wireless or cable internet was way too high. I would have used their internet service, but didn't because of the charge and charging system.

I left an electric toothbrush in the bathroom, on the counter, and called the same day checked out to ask if the cleaning crew had turned it in, but it was apparently thrown away. I was disappointed by that.

Pretty expensive for a hotel room that I could have gotten at the Days Inn.

It was a great experience and would love to visit them again!
