The bed was super comfortable.

When something went very wrong with their complimentary van service twice (I did not make a major issue of it the first time), they provided me with a $50 comp towards dinner in their (excellent) restaurant. They had very good consumer relations.

They need better supervision when large groups of children athletes stay in the building. Kids push all buttons on the elevator when I was staying on a higher floor. My newspaper was stolen each day. And children run up and down the hall screaming.
