This hotel and their entire staff are phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make our conference great. They deserve the highest rating.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: They make you feel that you are very important to them and always address you by your name.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott City Center Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was great for visiting the tourist sites. Buses were available. It was way too hot to be there in August, though. I would go at a different time of the year if going again.

The hotel is in a great location for hockey. It's close to town, has easy in and out access, and a friendly staff. But it had inconvenient pool hours.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff talked to me by name, every time -- on the phone, or walking by the front desk.

Because it was for a conference, I was very disappointed with the directions to the convention hall. They provided me with written directions that were wrong. They used the Ramada as a landmark, but the Ramada had been changed to a Doubletree. I was very displeased about that. Also, their shuttle did not run very often and they were on top of the hill! The new bed was wonderful! The bellhop was terrific. He saw that I had brought drinks with me and offered to have a refrigerator put in my room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The new bed was very comfortable. The room was comfortable.

Amazing

36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was the nicest room I have ever stayed in that was not a suite, and I only paid $50. They should give the bellman a raise. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I have never met an employee that would make me come back to that hotel just because of the service they provided. This bellman should be commended for his work and be involved in training other people on how to make guests feel welcome in the hotels.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The bellman was awesome. He took care of our every need and directed us towards a great place to eat. He also checked back with us every time he saw us to make sure that all of our needs were being met.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott City Center Hotel.

19 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel is in an excellent location that's easily accessible to the city. But features (such as Internet access in the room) were outrageously overpriced.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It had well-lit hallways, fluffy beds, and the overall room decor significantly added to the general sense of comfort.

I very much disliked the surprise extra costs of parking, which I have found to be an apparent 'staple' now of big-city hotels. When I pay $140 for a bed, I certainly expect that to include a parking spot! The discovery of these outrageous charges ($20-35) in big cities is one of the key reasons that I avoid visiting those places if possible.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott City Center Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
