Marriott City Center Hotel

I stayed there twice. It was a wonderful experience. It is a class act.

Everything was fine. Perhaps a little updating would help. Otherwise it is a great spot!

It was well located and the only problem was checking in with a large group of people on the tour. The elevators were jammed.

I was at a conference at this hotel and they bent over backwards to accommodate any need that we had. We came back year after year and most of the people there are the same, so that tells me they have low turnover and that the employees are overall happy. Everyone remembers you personally. They are just the best group of people, from the bellmen, the catering and the sales department to the front desk staff.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a list at the front desk telling you how to get to attractions in Pittsburgh.

The hotel was just fine. The price was crazy. I was in town the week of the US Open golf event so the prices were inflated due to the event.
