The staff was not only extremely courteous but very knowledgeable about activities, restaurants, etc., in the area. They went out of their way to accommodate.

This hotel is nice. It's in a convenient location.

It was easily accessible from major interstates.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of city. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, some museums, the chamber of commerce and even a mall. It has very clean rooms, excellent food quality, and good hotel parking. It's close to banks, TV station, pharmacies and even a farmers' market across the street on weekends.

The parking was bad. They allowed football game patrons to use their lot, leaving no parking spaces for hotel guests. Then, they did nothing to accommodate guests that had no parking spaces (other than say, 'well, you need to go around the block and park there' -- which was also full).

The hotel had easy check in and out. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel was convenient to what I was doing.

My husband and I stayed there for two nights after our wedding before we left to go to New York City for our honeymoon. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We asked for a good dinner recommendation, which we got, and the staff made the reservation for us. The room was amazingly comfortable, and room service was quick and of very high quality.

I had to check-out and leave unexpectedly due to an emergency, even though I had reservations for and had paid for a second night. Marriott staff was able to adjust my bill for one night.

We were in a handicapped room, but not by request. The bathroom was not very functional, there was no room for my make-up and bath supplies, nor anyplace in the room for me to sit and get ready (apply make-up, fix hair, etc. ) it was very inconvenient.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I was entertained there because there was a party for our group and the hotel did an excellent job hosting it.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I felt relaxed there because they had a friendly staff, restaurant facilities on site, and they allowed us to bring our cat.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I felt comfortable there because the rooms were great and the employees were all nice to us, regardless of what we ask them to do.
