This is a nice hotel in the downtown area. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, though.
This hotel was centrally located to everything I needed. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel is in a great location; it's easy to get around the city from there.
It was a very nice hotel with a nice view of Michigan Avenue. It's close to shopping and restaurants.
I was there for a company retreat, and it was very accommodating. The in-room Internet was very useful. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. The bar staff was great.
This hotel is in a great location. It's great for tourists because of its location on the Magnificent Mile and it was close to great restaurants (Joe's Stone Crab immediately comes to mind).
This hotel provided a comfortable stay without disruption. Hotels are like phone service for me, as long as there isn't a noticeable or measurable issue, then everything is great.
The Marriott hotel was beautiful and offered a spectacular view of downtown Chicago overlooking the river. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the hotel was a refreshing retreat at the end of a tourist's long day.
We had a pleasant experience with the staff and the hotel. The bathrooms are a little small, but overall the hotel has a nice friendly atmosphere and I would definitely stay there again.
It was a good experience at the Chicago Marriott Downtown hotel. But the room was somewhat smaller than my previous one.
The Courtyard on Ontario that is close to Miracle Mile is the best Courtyard in the country.
The concierge was rude. She was also misinformed. She stated it would cost $10 to take a taxi to the Museum of Science and Industry. It cost $25. She did not care to give information in more detail about the bus system.
I thought everything about my stay was wonderful, and I had a really enjoyable experience while staying there.
The Bethesda Marriott reacted quite promptly to a cleanliness problem I had in my room by crediting me loyalty points. It was quite nice; however, the rooms need to made clean.
