I always like to stay at a hotel that treats guests and workers well.
This hotel provided a comfortable stay without disruption. Hotels are like phone service for me, as long as there isn't a noticeable or measurable issue, then everything is great.
This hotel is in a great location. It's great for tourists because of its location on the Magnificent Mile and it was close to great restaurants (Joe's Stone Crab immediately comes to mind).
I was there for a company retreat, and it was very accommodating. The in-room Internet was very useful. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. The bar staff was great.
It was a very nice hotel with a nice view of Michigan Avenue. It's close to shopping and restaurants.
This hotel is in a great location; it's easy to get around the city from there.
This hotel was centrally located to everything I needed. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This is a nice hotel in the downtown area. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, though.
It's like other Marriott hotels.
The hotel was fine except that the environmental controls in the room did not work properly. The location and property maintenance were fine. The breakfast buffet was large, but substandard in terms of quality.
I liked this hotel's great location, helpful front desk, and comfortable rooms.
Located in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, the Marriott Downtown is a perfect island of luxury. Breath-taking views enhance the newly renovated guest rooms, and service, for the most part, equals the quality of your surroundings.
The location was wonderful for anyone wanting to do a lot of sightseeing in Chicago. Step outside the door and you are less than a block from a bus stop. (You are also very close to a drugstore for last minute purchases!) The concierge desk personnel were extremely helpful in providing maps and directions for any place you want to go. Buy an all-day bus pass or a 2-3 day bus pass and you can get just about anywhere you want to go from here. The bus service is excellent. The room was rather small for the price, but we only wanted a place to sleep anyway. It was the location that was its big attraction. The housekeeping was impeccable.
The hotel is conveniently located in a large shopping district with several nearby sights. The rooms are comfortable and the lobby is very pleasant. The only drawback is there is no easy way to take a train to the airport.
This hotel is a good value for the price and is in a great location. It's always a good experience to stay there because of their up-to-date rooms.
Every thing was more than fine. I only had to have a charge for a TV Internet usage that I clicked onto in error. All staff members were extraordinary.
This is a great hotel. It's in a great location, with helpful reservations and check-in people. The beds were the upgraded version -- very cushy and lush. They made us feel pampered.
This hotel is in a great location, and it has a health club.
This hotel was convenient - my conference was at that location. It's in a nice downtown location - lots of amenities nearby. It's a beautiful hotel; I recommend it highly. Plus, they worked with techsoup.org, a nonprofit, in order to get us very good deals on the rooms. I had my own room for $109 per night.
It's always the best. You know what you're getting and they always seem to exceed your expectations.
