The location was excellent. The heat and air conditioning unit was not so good.

The hotel was convenient to downtown, buses and everything we needed was there. Before our stay in Chicago we knew where we wanted to go for sightseeing and restaurants were close by.

This hotel made me feel respected: The people were more than accommodating to us because we had never been to Chicago before. They gave us tips on places to see, when to see them and weather conditions.

It was very close to the convention center and close to the attractions.

The hotel and the staff were nice. There was plenty to do in the area. Parking was extra.

They did not have my reservation recorded. Initially they were not going to give us a room.

The hotel decor was excellent. It had a very good location downtown. It was a little pricy, though. A two nights stay on a corporate rate was more than what I pay for my monthly house payment.

The Marriott hotel in downtown Chicago was a very convenient place to stay being near all the sightseeing places in downtown Chicago. It is especially close to the Navy Pier.

Nice lobby, room fairly standard for chain and price. I got a very good price through the AAA website. You couldn't ask for a better location as far as nearby tourist activities and the convenience of the free trolley, the "el", and good city bus routes all right outside the front door. Desk staff and concierge were friendly. We had no complaints whatsoever.

It’s a fine hotel with an excellent staff who go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. It is well located in downtown Chicago.
