The service was excellent and they have a convenient location.

The hotel had a great location, good service and good food.

The check in staff was not courteous and not prepared to handle the request confirmed on line and by the phone. The hotel laundry for guest use was poorly maintained and required a trip to the front desk for a refund. The restaurant staff were poor in service as I had difficulty obtaining a needed receipt for a meal. The room was good and the view was excellent. I would recommend double checking reservations and information with the hotel staff or the management before arrival to help avoid confusion at check in and check out.

The location was great, because we were just there for the night before a cruise. It was what I expected, nothing less, nothing more. The convenience was the main reason.

We book this hotel before cruising because we like the hotel itself, the location and the staff and they are very helpful with transfers to the ship.

This hotel features very comfortable beds and nice rooms. The location was great, just a short cab ride away from everything.

The location is good for running across the Venetian Causeway to Miami Beach, and convenient if you're working downtown somewhere, but otherwise it sucks. It's located on the edge of the ghetto. The quality of the rooms and the building in general isn't that nice, its old and made of concrete.

The service, as always, was just as I expected. It is a very nice hotel that I have stayed at several times. It's a great location right near Bayside. I usually try to stay in this specific hotel every time I am in Miami.
