Marriott Birmingham Hotel

We like to visit 'nice' hotels, but apparently this one has no tolerance for children from the front desk, lobby area, to the restaurant!

Loved this hotel. The service was excellent.

I travel a lot and everywhere I go, I find companies claiming that customer service is the top priority. Generally, I find this to be basic lip service. However, this Marriott stands above the rest. They truly "walk the walk" in every aspect. The front desk was helpful, the restaurant team was amazing, and the bellman even learned my name and greeted me every time he saw me.

I stay in top hotels all over the country and this experience was definitely unique to the Birmingham Marriott. Just when I would think, "This can't get any better, they can't be any nicer," someone on the staff would go out of his/her way to impress me further.

I was genuinely impressed.
