Good
i had the pleasure of staying here with my family for the thanksgivng weekend. it has been a long time since i have stayed in a hotel that has made me and my family so comfortable. and the only complaint i can make is the rooms do not have...
65 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel was clean and very functional for my stay. The Marriott hotel was exactly what I expected, clean, quiet and only a short taxi ride from where I needed to be all day.
I am very likely
to return to the Marriott Baton Rouge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The inside looks dated and the atmosphere is lacking but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was ok but i did see some cracks in a corner. Nothing bad messed up my stay. The young lady that works the Concierge Lounge was absolutley delighful. Very charming and most importantly very helpful. The stay was nice and would recomend the hotel to bussiness workers or the like.
48 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was nice, rooms clean, lobby gorgeous BUT they are sore lacking in the front desk staff -- not friendly, nor informative at all. When asking questions about how to get to find a building - was told she didn't know where it was & never heard of it. It would be in Marriott's best interests to find put people dealing with the public and have this knowledge...poor reflection on Marriott. I would not stay there again, many other hotels to give my business too.
Also I requested online to have extra towels in my room -- Marriott confirmed by email that they would be taken care of. Upon arrival - guess what? NO extra towels - why offer this, if you can't fulfill the requests.
Hotel is fine, customer service is lacking

Horrible
The rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was nice at the Marriott Baton Rouge. My problem was with the fact that they continued the operation of a faulty elevator after knowing the elevator was stopping above the floor.
24 year old male with a budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms are still hard to come by along the coast. This was the only hotel we could find with rooms and the price was too high. Some of the lights in the room did not work, but the bed was great.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Marriott Baton Rouge.
I would not recommend it to friends.
