Stay Away

Had issue with arrogance

48 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

A security gaurd Kodjo was really rude with me and we argued for 10 minutes this hotel does not understand how to value a guest he said that my money was not important to him wanted to talk to his manager and he mumbled "I am the manager B**tch" wont be staying here again.

Good value, close to the airport

We arrived late into BWI and were glad to have the Marriott shuttle pick us up and be the first to be dropped off. The hotel has great beds and the neighborhood is quiet. There was a wedding there on Saturday, reception and guests spending the night and we had to call security, but all was resolved very quickly. It is only 15 minutes from downtown. They have a computer in the lobby to print out boarding passes.

I was content with the good hotel and exercise facility.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was comfortable. The room was nice and ready.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott BWI Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was great. The hotel and the staff are great.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The nice rooms and the friendly staff made me feel relaxed.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott BWI Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

58 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I liked the friendly staff and the nice, clean and fresh room. The airport pickup was rather slow. I would stay there again.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott BWI Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
