Great hotel, excellent rooms.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very pleasant staff that told us everything we needed to know. Great people.

This hotel made me feel important: When I was unsure about conference's agenda, a hotel employee went out of way to help me.

The beds were the most comfortable beds of any hotel/condo we've stayed in.

Rooms were much nicer than expected.

I was with a convention and felt that the conventioneers were shunted to less desirable areas of the hotel. This made me/us feel less desired as customers.

This hotel made me feel secure: Keyed parking lots and keyed entryways to get past the main lobby.

This hotel made me feel practical: Good value for a very nice suite.

They really helped to accommodate our stay so we could have a good time.

This hotel made me feel elegant: We went to Disneyland and they moved our room to face the park so we could watch the fireworks from our room.

I think they are a good hotel and try their best to please their customers.

I was very impressed, and will definitely consider it again.

This hotel made me feel pampered: At check-in, we each got a hot chocolate chip cookie. Just a small thing, but talk about making us feel a bit more special!

This hotel made me feel pampered: They had excellent room service and the bar in the lounge made very good drinks that they let you take to your room. With the room service they gave us little tiny glass bottles of ketchup and jelly.

I was bothered by the maid, even when the don't disturb sign was out. And the room was uncomfortable.

The only thing I would like is better lighting.

For being the one near Disneyland, it was dirty and seriously needs to refurbished. It is the worst hotel have ever stayed in near Disneyland.

Carpeting and bedding gave me dermatitis. I phoned their management dept. Received no response. I'm not secure nor content with this 5-star hotel's cleanliness or care of sanitary rooms of any of their hotels.

This hotel made me feel secure: Plenty of staff in sight at all times.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I could not figure out the alarm, so the staff quickly came to my room to check it for me.

Always friendly, helpful, clean and respectful. A good value for the price or use of points.
