I have always been treated with royalty.

This hotel made me feel respected: There was no wait. The staff even changed our room upgrade and went out of their way to help me with my handicapped needs.

We stayed in this hotel on Sunday April 9 to Tuesday April 11th. The hotel is just beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed on the concierge floor and enjoyed their breakfast every morning. The only complaint would be the cost of parking. I thought that $25 for the valet was a little steep. You also have to buy tram tickets to get to Disneyland. All in all, we enjoyed the room and the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only problem we had is that they lost a package that was sent there for us that was very important. They were able to locate it on our last day there but it was too late. Someone misplaced it when it was delivered on time.

It was friendly, good food, good service, close to the convention center and Disneyland.

The staff and the facilities were outstanding. I will stay there on the next trip to Anaheim.

I stay ever year. I love the service; the employees go the extra mile, even in emergencies. It's a great hotel.

This hotel made me feel secure: It is never empty. Personnel are always there ready to assist you even late at night. It's well lit and active, they watch out for you.

It is a great hotel, right next to the convention center and very convenient. I have stayed there for our convention for six years now. The food is delicious and the service is great. The challenge I had with my room this year is the first ever as it was not as clean as it always has been. But there was appropriate apology when I identified the problem. I appreciate that. This Marriott hotel has the best mattresses ever! After a long day working it is wonderful to land in their beds!

The front desk gave us some wrong info on Disney hours (when the park was opened to when it closed).

The place has a beautiful landscaping. It is within walking distance to Disneyland. The rooms have very comfortable beds and bedding.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I could see the Disneyland fireworks from the room balcony.

The hotel was simply average. There was nothing out of the ordinary.

I had to seek out information about the shuttle service and the shuttle service did not come fast enough. The hotel itself was fine, though. I liked the fact that there was a Starbucks in the lobby.

I had a problem at check in. Two rooms were reserved for five people, but upon arrival, they had difficulty finding our reservation and then three rooms were given to our party. The housekeeping staff did not arrive at the same time everyday, so I thought it was ok to stay in the room in the mornings, but one housekeeper acted a little odd. She was told to come back in a little while after I left, but she came back in about five minutes before I was done getting ready. She cleaned while I was still finishing getting ready and the situation felt a little odd and chaotic.

It's a fine hotel with no problems.

The hotel was close to Disneyland.

The check-in desk was not prominent nor was it adequately staffed. The wait was long and unorganized - there was no visible queue so no one knew where to wait in line.

It was a very nice hotel

The hotel was comfortable, clean, attractive, and the staff were all pleasant. The only drawback was that the hotel was not quite as close to downtown Disney as I had expected for a walk.
