This hotel was very nice with comfortable rooms and a good location.

I don't like the bar in the lobby. There are not enough seats in the bar. Other than that it's a great hotel.

At the Marriott hotel I always expect a clean comfortable room and good service. They have yet to disappoint me.

I did not have the room as reserved for a handicapped person. They sent me to a second room which had not been cleaned or prepared. They sent us back to the first room not handicapped accessible. Then after my moving luggage three times, they called and advised that a handicapped accessible room just happened to become available! I told them I was not going to move our luggage again because we were tired and we finally settled down.

It was easy to get to. It's a full service hotel with a restaurant and room service.

This hotel made me feel practical: They had high-speed internet and printing services.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed this hotel very much. We received excellent customer service from all the staff. It's close enough to the airport, but not too close to be bothered by the noise. We ate several meals in their dining room and the food was very good, although a little pricey.

It was a most pleasant stay, as is always the case when we stay at Marriott hotels. It was farther away from the airport than we expected.

I couldn't get an Internet connection at their business service area. The room had nice bedding. The breakfast buffet was mediocre -- the eggs benedict were cold and limp.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the airport, Phoenix and Scottsdale.
