Set in the center of America's largest living historic district in Charleston, S. C. the Market Pavilion Hotel is a five-story, 70-room boutique hotel. Designed to fit into French Quarter architectural style with its elegant facade, the Pavilion is located at the corner of Charleston's most famous intersection, Market and East Bay, just steps from City Market, waterfront, shopping and antebellum homes. Inside one of Charleston's best gourmet experiences, the on-site restaurant Grill 225, diners are ensconced in dark chocolate-colored leather booths, with tables softly lit by brasserie- style bowl chandeliers. While savoring hothouse-grade lamb chops and prime-grade beef augmented by world-class wines, guests can watch the bustling pedestrian crowds on Market and East Bay Streets. The Pavilion Level hotel rooftop affords both city and harbor views, featuring a sundeck with lounge chairs during the day, an appetizer and cocktail bar with tables decked with twinkling lights after dark, and an infinity-edged, heated pool for both daytime and evening dips. The Pavilion Level also holds up to 250 guests for private events, and the Jasmine Ballroom seats 100 guests. High-speed and wireless Internet and local-area networking capabilities are also offered.
