38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Generally the Hampton Inns and Suites hotel is comfortable, clean and safe and the customer service is from good to great. At this particular location the hot water heater was not in service. I cut my stay short and I was not offered the one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Las Cruces.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I use this Hampton Inn hotel annually when I travel from Houston to Los Angeles. It is convenient, clean and near restaurants. It is just what a weary traveler needs.

to return to the Hampton Inn Las Cruces.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I use this Hampton Inn whenever I drive to Los Angeles. It is both comfortable and convenient, as well as being about the midway point for my trip. The only problem is getting out to return to the freeway.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The beds at this Hampton Inn are the best! With that said, the bathroom is ridiculously small and needs a bit of updating. However, the bathroom counter top and room decor are great. You can walk to the all-important Cracker Barrel and there's a...
