We had a great stay here and you can't beat the price for this location. It's right in downtown La Jolla and you can walk to everything, including the beach. Every time we were walking around town and then walked back to the hotel, I was again...

Marina Inn is on the motel strip of San Diego. Nothing fancy but the room were fairly large and clean. They have a small pool for the guest but has no cafe on the property.
The stay was AWFUL. The trolly went right beside my windows ended up in a smoking room with blood stains all over my comforter NO CABEL, the wireless internet NEVER worked. BAD...
