We book two rooms in august 2009. That day we were with some friends that live in Marco Island, and the ladies at the front desk saw a big group at the entrance of the Hotel, they assume that everybody was going to be in the Hotel. So when I was to check in, the lady at the front desk told me that it was only allowed two adults and two children in the room, I answered that those people were my friends and they were living, her answer was, that they charge for using the installation, I told them OK. What these people started doing was locking the side door and chasing us everywhere. That day was a nightmare, we got paranoid, we were thinking that were being followed everywhere. I think they do that because we are Hispanic. I filled out a survey they have, with all my concerns and they never answer. They should be worry about this because these people at the Front Desk have a horrible costumer service; they never were friendly to us even though the situation. Other than that the Hotel is awesome.
