horrible experience, tiny room for 179 a night. too small for one person. tiny lobby if you can call it that. elevator barely big enough for two people with a suitcase each. very hot in august even with the cheasy ac unit in it. saw two rats walk by in front of the hotel and they were shaking their heads at the door entranceway. they couldnt hold our bagsfor a couple of hours while waiting for a taxi without charging us three dollars a piece for them.the best deal was a taxi to the jfk for 36 dollars for the two of us. it was worth that getting out of there. didnt expect the world for the price but would of expected even a slight trickle of value for the dollar.didnt get that.. it was only a few blocks from all the major attractions though or else it would be a fifteen dollar room in any small town while passing through. feel free to contact me my name is robert at 503 7408486

Okay
The hotel offered a rate of $74.99, which is not bad for a small room with clean bed and private bathroom. There is no internet in the room, the lighting is average-poor, but the room is clean and the hotel is located two blocks away from the Times...

This little hotel in the big city was perfect for the purpose it served. I was in NYC for thanksgiving, one night only with my girlfriend and mother. Had what we needed for the night and was under $200 for the three of us. The parade was great. Nothing better than plastic that floats.

Hotel is listed as a resource for the "budget minded" traveler with elevator, internet, cable, airconditioning. Elevator could hold 2 people with luggage, 3 without. Internet cafe was a table next to the wall in a very small lobby. Air conditioning, a window unit. The rate of $229 per day plus taxes wasn't that economical considering our room had roaches and bed bugs. Stayed the first night and checked out the next morning. The best thing about it--the closeness of Garment District, Times Square, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden. Definitely crossed off my NY hotel list.

I am disgusted that travel website has the audacity to offer this so-called hotel. They have clearly never checked it out. It bears no resemblance to its description and is frankly filthy, dangerous and at $*, outrageous. It's little more than a...
