The front desk staff seemed rude, however we checked in and out at the hotel desk instead. They have impeccable service there!

I liked it a lot. They should have pool hours last longer.

The room was comfortable. The hotel is not central to the Strip. Take the tram or bus to save on transportation costs.

The restaurant in the lobby was very good. The dinner buffet was unbelievable. The wave pool was quite an experience. I liked it so much I already have my reservations made for later this year.

It had a comfortable bed! It also had a lovely bathroom.

The hotel overall was a nice hotel however I really did wanted to use the famous beach pool that they have. It wasn't available maybe because it was beginning of the year, and above all, it was kind of far away from the main attractions.

The far end of the Strip location makes it harder to get to other casinos. The rooms are in good condition.

The location is superb. It's at the end of the Strip without all the traffic and noise. There is no smoking at reservations, and you can walk to the elevators without going through the casino or any smoking areas! It has a very friendly and upbeat staff. It has ambience throughout and is clean, and inviting. It has a delightful coffee shop with a wonderful menu. The buffet is constantly refreshed. There is great seating in both with wonderful views. They have excellent decor throughout. The parking and valet staff are right there in a minute. The swimming pool has aromatherapy jets in the air to help hydrate, also there is excellent service to the lounge chairs. They have wonderful fluffy towels. The pool has enormous waves, but you can sit in another area that is less crowded. It's the only hotel with a juice bar! It is much more healthy than others. The fitness center is well equipped and with a nice view and easily accessible. They have beautiful fish tanks in the lobby and elsewhere. It is very inviting. There are lovely young ladies walking around with parrots! There is great shopping in the lobby area. It's just the best hotel in Las Vegas. It is so near the airport and has such great service. It has wonderful restaurants and shows just past the casino area. There is Wolfgang Puck and House of Blues. Do give this wonderful place a try. The views are floor-to-ceiling either right down the Strip or else out into the beautiful desert. It has a wonderful tub, a great separate shower, it is just right! This is my favorite hotel and I try to get there as often as possible, and bring my friends! Someday I will try the spa!

Mandalay Bay is one of the nicest hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. The wave pool and beach are excellent. I suggest you go in spring or fall when they are still open but it's not too hot. Get there early, it's a popular spot, and the lounges get taken quickly. The casino is very nice, not too smoky like some of them can get. The Red Square is a great Russian themed bar, just be careful if you order the Chernobyl, it's very potent.

This hotel made me feel content: Mandalay is elegant without being stuffy and fun without being too rowdy. All types of people go there, but the clientele is a bit more upscale than some of the other casinos. The guest rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Touches like really nice soap, shampoo, etc. add to the experience.

The maid took the Kleenex box but did not replace it. The couch was torn and it had burns in it. From the three light bulbs in the toilet area only one worked. The restaurant seemed ill equipped to serve breakfast.

The hotel is great! There are lots of really cool things to do like the wave pool, the shark exhibit, the gambling, the adult beverages, the adult escorts. The location is a little off the Strip so walking is far and hard! The rooms were just ok, they could have had more amenities.

I love staying at the Mandalay hotel, the ease of getting there is great and of course the pool area is awesome.

The location was good and the access to other casinos nearby made our stay easy at Mandalay Bay Casino. It was a fun choice.

It is an excellent hotel with a wide variety of choices for entertainment. This includes gambling, shows, fine restaurants, shopping, exercise and swimming. It has easy access to other hotels and venues.

They had great, spacious rooms and good service. The only confusion is that there is the Mandalay Bay Hotel and The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. They are totally different, have different check-in areas, etc. But if the cab driver asks you where you're staying you can, like us, wind up at the wrong one. The pools were nice, but being maintained while we were there. The big downside is they are at the far end of the strip so we wouldn't stay there again since everything is so far away.

It's a wonderful, full service place to stay in fabulous Las Vegas. The spa and pool facilities are outstanding. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom facilities and amenities are superb!
