Very nice place, best in Vegas.

This hotel made me feel secure: Just a good feeling, guards at the elevators.

It was an enjoyable hotel with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. I would have preferred a nicer lounge area near the front of the hotel.

I was charged for water I did not use. I sent a letter to the hotel questioning the charge and received no reply. Other than this obvious dishonesty by the hotel staff, the stay would have been excellent. During our next stay, there will be no tips to.

Thought there would be more amenities. Did not like the fact that there were additional charges for use of some facilities.

Wonderful place to vacation! the wave pool, beach, and lazy river are great. Red square is cool.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The registration clerk was polite and genuinely friendly. Since I was traveling alone a room near the elevator was given to me so would feel safe and not have to walk down long hallways alone.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was there with some friends and the amenities, entertainment, and night life provided at the hotel itself made the trip very exciting.

This stay was disappointing in the extreme. Our room was not cleaned the first morning of our stay, and staff arrived at 11 pm to clean it after we complained. Also, the pool was closed for a day and a half of our stay. The desk made no attempt to compensate us.

Not my first stay. This stay the room was not ready and after four hours they switched me to another room. The new room also had problems.

Major problem with sanitary system.

I was very disappointed with our room initially. It had not been cleaned when we checked into it. Hotel staff said that was policy when they are busy. No one wants to check-in to a room with a strangers mess.

Overpriced, but still a great hotel.

Mandalay Bay was accommodating. We could not believe that they charge $27 per person per day to use their workout facility. Because of the price we did not use it. This means $54 per day, per couple. This is absolutely absurd and should be included in the room rate.
