I liked the great location and the great room. It's a superior value.

This hotel has several great restaurants, as well as a nice atmosphere. But housekeeping was very loud and rude. They were loud in the early morning, yelling and screaming at each other right outside our door. They did not quiet down even after we asked nicely and explained that we were sleeping. This happened every day of our stay. We will not stay again.

For our first trip to Vegas, staying at Mandalay was an excellent choice. Even though it is at the end of the 'Strip' getting to other casinos is very easy, and traveling to other areas by car was also a breeze.

We stayed at the hotel at Mandalay Bay. The rooms were very comfortable, giving us a home away from home feeling. No trek through the casino was required for getting to the lobby or your room.

I liked the wonderful suite and the large bathrooms with good amenities. The pool area is the best in Las Vegas. 99% of customer service is above average.

There were too many problems to list. Let's just say for the money, the service and the room were very poor.
