Hyatt was not as nice as they talked it up to be. And we had to pay 16 dollars a night extra to stay there and there was no way for us knowing that ahead of time... I thought it was ridiculous to have to pay for parking.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The only major drawback was that the room was designated as non-smoking yet smelled heavily of smoke.
This hotel made me feel secure: There was a lot of staff, the room had a very secure card key setup, and I appreciate the staff's presence.

While we were staying at the Hyatt in San Diego (downtown) for our wedding anniversary, we had to change our rooms 3 times. The first time, there were kids running around in the hallway, and sadly, the hotel staff failed to warn or tell us about the youth.

This hotel made me feel welcome: People would say 'hello' to you, if they recognized your name, they would call you by it. I was amazed at some of the people who knew myself and my partner's name from only seeing them two or three times in the restaurant or at the front desk.
