Mammoth Mountain is of course the King of California's ski areas. It's huge with terrain for every type of skier. I doubt you could even ski every run in a day, so plan on staying at least the weekend to get in some great snow.
53 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is a comfortable place to stay. The service was friendly. But the hotel's restaurant meals were a bit pricey; I ate at other area restaurants most of the time.
