Excellent

about 4 occasions. I loved eveything about it. Great continental breakfast, courteouspeople, clean rooms, a good location away from all the hustle and bustle. I always look
I have stayed twice at this beautiful place- very quiet, but close to everything. Very spacious rooms, great customer service, pools are very nice, and we had a wonderful time. Breakfast is super- offers so many different things..You will be well...

Good
My wife & I plus our two kids had none of the poor experiences. The room was very large, very clean, and had nearly a full kitchen. No pest problems whatsoever. The breakfast was a typical continental (pastries, cereal, coffee) plus waffles,...

I am very likely
to return to the Mainstay Suites Pigeon Forge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a room without a balcony, so there was no place to put wet clothes for a family of five after swimming. Several of the lights did not work. The pool was crowded by people not following the pool rules.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Mainstay Suites Pigeon Forge.
I would not recommend it to friends.
