I stayed at this hotel for over two months, mostly because it is pet friendly. However, the housekeeping staff is not pet friendly. Oftentimes, there is no one at the front desk and you are told to please wait while the one person on staff is doing laundry or putting out breakfast in the mornings. I've had to wait for service for up to 15 minutes. If my dog didn't travel with me, I'd have left weeks earlier.

We loved the comforts of home! The kitchens made it nice that we didn't have to eat out all the time. No pool but had discounted access to an indoor water park. Free continental Breakfast. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I have read other reviews and not sure if they stayed at the same place or not.

Horrible
staff was not well trained,manager was rude arrogant and much more worried about getting our money than making sure we had a good stay.manager acted like she owned the place,maybe she did but from our experience and some of the others i've read...
50 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
booked for 3 days stayed for 2 days. staff didn't know its own rules of operation but expected you to know them. when they messed up arrogant manager lisa lynch called this guest a liar and could have cared less about customer satisfaction. i was charged for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 but was glad to leave early even if it meant driving all night.

Rooms are nice size and were well maintained. We stayed here in June and August of 2006 and had no complaints either time. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Did not use the kitchen facilities in room, but it seemed well-equiped. No pool...
